Step 1Private Play Testing
A group of early play testers is gathered to get feedback on gameplay.
Step 2MRC Genesis Rover NFT Mint
A maximum of 5555 MRC Genesis NFTs will be minted. Holders get to access the full open world map when beta releases and earn prizes. When the full game launches, the Genesis Rover NFT holders will enjoy higher prizes than regular Rover NFT holders.
Step 3Public Beta Play Testing
Beta is released to the public.
Step 4MRC token launch
After growing an early community of beta players MRC will be launching its own in-game currency via IDO. Once the game is live, the token will be used to pay out prizes for competition winners & daily high scores. Players can use it to pay for in-game items (rovers, thrusters, boosters, powerups, skins etc).
Step 5MRC alpha release
Alpha version is released for early testers. Expect a rough MVP. Ready to roam around Mars though.
Step 6MRC beta release
We aim to release a playable beta version of Mars Rally Championship on a web3 game launcher, just as bitcoin halving kicks off another crypto cycle.
Step 7MRC full version launch
Mars Rally Championship full version with powerup items and 2 different game modes is launched.
Step 8Multiplayer
Have friends over? Play Mars Rally Championship in hotseat mode or split screen up to 4 players. Alone at home? Invite friends for an online matchup or race against other Mars racers from across the world. Want more excitement? Invite another racer to a duel - place your stake (rover, powerup item, in-game currency) against opponent's stake and race. Winner keeps all.
Step 9New game modes
After building an initial player base with racing, free roam & multiplayer, we will add additional game modes to add variety to the experience. Spawn in a demolition derby arena on the surface of Mars and battle it out with other players until your rover's last HP, or victory. Ride across the huge open world Mars map, climb the mountain, capture the flag and bring it back home before the enemy team blows you up. What ever crazy idea makes it through testing as a new game mode.
