Terms of use
Mars Rally Championship is free to play in your browser. These terms are short on purpose: race hard, race clean, and don't ruin the board for everyone else. Effective 13 July 2026.
The service
We provide the game, the global leaderboard, ghost downloads, and online multiplayer free of charge, as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep runs fair and servers up, but we make no warranties — online features may change, break, or be discontinued.
Fair play
The leaderboard is the heart of the game and it only works if times are real. Submitting fabricated or tool-assisted times, tampering with the client or the submission API, automating play, or exploiting bugs to gain times is prohibited. We may remove entries, ghosts, or presets and restrict access for anyone undermining fair competition — including retroactively when better validation catches an old fake.
Your content
Call signs, shared tuning presets, and anything else other players can see must not be offensive, impersonate someone, or contain personal information. By submitting a time you grant us the right to display it (with your call sign) and to distribute your ghost recording to other players — that's what the leaderboard is. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Ownership
The game, site, and their original content are ours; some terrain textures and rock assets derive from licensed third-party content (see about). You may not scrape, redistribute, or rehost the game or its assets without permission. Playing in your browser, streaming, and making videos of the game are all welcome.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from playing a free browser game — including lost profiles (they live in your browser storage, which we don't control) or leaderboard resets required for fairness or integrity.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows (accounts, wallet linking, and community features are on the roadmap); the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
